Maria Karagiannis has over a decade of experience in residential and commercial real estate, including sales and leasing transactions. Fluent in three languages, French, English and Greek, she is able to serve local and clients from all over the world.
One of Maria’s greatest strength is her experience in real estate law which she has acquired throughout her 15 years working along side Quebec notaries. This priceless experience allows her to deal with problems, from the very start of a file, that would otherwise delay a transaction.
Perhaps Maria’s most invaluable asset is her attentive and caring style in which she assists her clients from the day she meets them until many years after the transaction is concluded. Her patience with the elderly or first time buyers and sellers distinguishes her as a broker. At the same time she is a shrewd negotiator and she can handle the stressful situation in the business world which result in very successful transactions.
